| The Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Russian PTO recognized invalid registration of the trademark “Èìïåðèÿ Òàóýð“ and “Imperia Tower” with “Mos City Group” (Russia). The claim was filed by “Rust Inc” (belonging to “Russian Standard” Holding) owing “Imperia” brand since 2005. “Mos City Group” used the name “Imperia Tower” for their big-scale project of creating office complex in Moscow – Moscow City. |
