On the enactment of a new edition of GOST on patent research
10 March 2024Since March 1, 2024 by the order of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (dated February 13, 2024 № 208-st) enacted GOST R 15.011-2024 "Intellectual Property. PATENT RESEARCH. Content and procedure for conducting". This edition is introduced to replace GOST R 15.011-2022.
GOST establishes uniform requirements for the management, methodological support, procedure, content and form of the results when patent research conducts on the territory of the Russian Federation
