16th Gorodissky Annual Seminar “IP Protection Strategies for Company Successful Development”

The 16th Annual Seminar “IP Protection Strategies for Company Successful Development” was held by Gorodissky & Partners in Moscow. Leading IP attorneys and lawyers from Moscow office and invited speakers from “United Wagon Company” (Russia) and Russian PTO spoke on legal protection of different intellectual property subject matters and their effective management in current conditions of companies’ development in Russia and abroad, shared with attendees the most interesting cases from their practice.
The Seminar program had 3 Sessions – “Patents”, “Trademarks” and “Protection of IPRs: legal aspects”, and 3 interactive Round tables "The first steps for your own patent service", "How useful and complicated utility model is" and "Is it necessary to think about the evidence of violation of rights to an invention and utility model at the stage of filing an application?".
The Seminar gathered about 40 attendees - representatives of state corporations, R&D institutes, Russian industrial, insurance, trade, food, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, Heads of legal, R&D and licensing departments, lawyers and patent/trademark attorneys from Nizhny Novgorod, Lipetsk, Tomsk, Ivanovo, Kirov, Krasnodar, Sterlitamak, Voronezh, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Moscow region and Minsk.
