24th Annual Seminar «Intellectual Property Protection Strategies for Successful Company Development»

The 24th annual seminar «Intellectual Property Protection Strategies for Successful Company Development» has successfully concluded in Moscow. During two days, more than 100 specialists in the field of intellectual property took part in the event.

Reports were presented by 23 experts from Gorodissky & Partners and guest speakers from China, India, Brazil and South Africa.

On the first day of the seminar, three thematic sessions were held:

• Trademarks
• Industrial Designs
• Legal Aspects

The second day was dedicated to patenting in BRICS countries, featuring three round tables with representatives from China, India, Brasil and South Africa:

• Patent Systems of BRICS Countries — A Comparative Analysis;
• Protection of Inventions Related to Pharmacology in BRICS Countries — A Comparative Analysis;
• Protection of Computer-Implemented Inventions in BRICS Countries — A Comparative Analysis.

The presented topics were highly appreciated by the participants and sparked a lively discussion and exchange of views.
