Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke on “IP deals: practical aspects of conclusion and registration” at the Seminar “IP laws: practice and reform of Part IV of the Russian Civil Code” hosted by the Law Institute “M-Logos” for lawyers and counsels practicing in the IP area. The speaker highlighted the main problems concerning disposal of exclusive rights and typical mistakes of registration the respective agreements at the Russian PTO.
