Annual AEB Committee IP Conference

Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Parallel imports-related litigation practice” at the Annual AEB Committee IP Conference held by AEB (Association of European Businesses) and organized in the Representative Office of the European Union in the Russian Federation (Moscow). The Conference covered and the latest trends, court practice, problems and courses of action in the IP area. The Conference has gathered about 50 participants, including the representatives of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Federal Anti-monopoly Service, Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), IP Court (IPC), as well as the representatives of the business and legal society.
