18 June 2019Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer, (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Clash of patent rights in the light of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation explanations” at the CCI France Russie IP Committee Meeting “Explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on specialities of disputes on IP protection and enforcement”.
The event was attended by about 30 people - representatives of Russian, French and international companies.
