China intellectual property & Innovation summit (CIPIS 2023)

Ilya Goryachev, Senior lawyer, and Alexey Zhurov, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke at the China intellectual property & Innovation summit CIPIS 2023 in Suzhou (China) on «Specifics of patent infringement litigation in Russia».
Within the framework of the summit, various aspects of national and international protection of inventions in the field of pharmacy by the inventors of the PRC were discussed.
