Conference “Patenting and protection of innovations – 2016”
11 October 2016Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Boundaries of drug patenting and fighting against ‘ever green patents’ in pharmaceuticals. Practice of compulsory licensing” at the XVII IP Conference “Patenting and protection of innovations – 2016” held by Infor-media Russia company in Moscow. The Conference covered topical issues of IP protection in Russia and was attended by the representatives of the largest Russian and foreign right holders.
