EAPO Regional Seminar ‘Common Expert Space: Topical Issues of Patent Protection’
15 May - 16 May 2024Yerevan hosted a regional seminar of the Eurasian Patent Organisation ‘Common Expert Space: Current Issues of Patent Protection’, which was attended by patent attorneys of Gorodissky & Partners law firm: Anton Bankovskiy, Ph.D., Trademark Attorney, Counsel, Ekaterina Mosina, Russian Patent Attorney, Eurasian Patent Attorney, Maxim Gorbachev, Russian Patent Attorney, Eurasian Patent Attorney, Alisa Mukhamedjanova-Aksenova, Russian & Eurasian Design Attorney (all of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow).
Anton Bankovsky and Ekaterina Mosina spoke in the section ‘Topical Issues of Patent Protection of Pharmaceutical Inventions’ on ‘Compulsory Licensing in Pharmaceuticals - Trends in Regulation and Enforcement’ and ‘Selective Inventions’ respectively.
Maxim Gorbachev took part in the discussion ‘Topical Issues of Patent Protection of Inventions Realised by Computer Aided or Artificial Intelligence’, Alisa Mukhamedyanova-Aksenova spoke in the section ‘Protection of Graphic User Interfaces and Technological Designs: Current Practice and Prospects’.
