In his speech, Ilya Goryachev spoke about current trends in the fight against parallel import, the regional and national principle of exhaustion of rights, the features of the TRIPO mechanism in Russia, the seizure and destruction of counterfeit goods, as well as the practice of recovering compensation for parallel import.
