International Exhibition “Franchise Festival 2019”
19 March - 21 March 2019Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Franchising and antitrust aspects” at the business program of the International Exhibition “Franchise Festival 2019”, organized with the support of Russian Franchising Association and the “Moscow Small Business” entity.
Over 100 participants - representatives of franchisors, presenting their projects and potential franchisees, attended the event. The presentation covered both the basics of antitrust regulation in the field of franchising, as well as the most significant arbitration and administrative disputes in this area.
