International forum of fur and leather industry InterFORUM 2022
24 March 2022Tatiana Pogrebinskaya, Ph.D, Trademark Attorney, Counsel and Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D, Partner, Trademark Attorney (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), participated in the First International forum of fur and leather industry InterFORUM 2022.
Tatyana Pogrebinskaya made a presentation on some aspects of name and last name use in trademarks of fur industry, and Sergey Vasiliev spoke on industrial designs legal protection and ways of copyright and patent rights protection of designers and manufacturers of fur clothing at the panel "Copyright protection and consumer extremism ".
Tatyana Pogrebinskaya also was a speaker at the WOMEN'S FORUM "Vintage and ecology: story of time" She covered issues of IPR protection of designers who create new collections using vintage clothing.
