A the meeting Georgy Kotlyar, Deputy Director, Department of Strategic Development and Innovation (Ministry of Economic Development of Russia) spoke on current legal regulation issues, in particular interaction with the Russian PTO, business climate transformation, and a partial resolution of parallel import.
