Master Class «Legal Aspects of Digital Transformation»
17 June 2023Nikita Maltsev, Ph.D., Trademark Attorney, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation "Litigation in IT sphere under digitalization" at the open master-class "Legal aspects of digital transformation". The master class was held for Digital Transformation for IT Managers program trainees and graduates of MBA programs of the Institute of Economics, Mathematics and Information Technology (EMIT) Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Nikita Maltsev considered various options for protecting IT technologies with intellectual property tools, gave examples of interesting legal disputes in this area and gave practical advice on how to fix intellectual rights for the company in its relations with employees and counterparties. The report aroused interest and lively discussions among the audience.
