Meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee
4 February 2021Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), made a presentation “Features of the conclusion and termination of licensing agreements” at the Meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee organized by the CCI France Russie.
Sergey highlighted topical practical issues related to the conclusion of licensing agreements, license recordals, the execution of licensing agreements, and paid special attention to issues related to the termination of licensing agreements.
The Committee meeting was attended by about 50 people, including business representatives and IP lawyers.
