MIP Global Patent Road Show
25 April - 27 April 2017Sergey Dorofeev, Partner, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, and Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D, Senior Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Protecting your IP rights in Russia” at the MIP Global Patent Road Show held by Managing IP in Palo Alto and Chicago.
Sergey Dorofeev delivered the presentation on the patent prosecution in Russia and Eurasia. Sergey Vasiliev provided the overview on the Russian litigation system and notable patent precedents.
The Conference was focused on the major issues at hand in key jurisdictions and developing countries – Europe, USA, China, Middle East countries, Russia, Mexica and others.
The event gathered about 100 participants from different industries and IP firms.
