Natalia Radchenko joined Working of the Federal Council
27 February 2018Natalia Radchenko, Ph.D, Counsel, Trademark Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), joined Working group under the Federation Council on amendments to the Russian Civil Code in terms of improving the legal regulation of appellations of origin and introduction of a new IP subject matter "geographical indication".
At the first meeting of the Working group, held on February 27, 2018 under the leadership of Senator Lilia Gumerova, general provisions of the draft law were considered. Natalia Radchenko took active part in the discussion and submitted comments and suggestions on supplementing and amending the draft law.
