Online course "Actual issues of contractual work in the field of copyright and Internet"
12 October - 13 October 2022Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), made presentations on “IPR in commercial and marketing activities” and “Contractual and legal work in IP law and IT law” at the online course "Actual issues of contractual work in the field of copyright and Internet", organized by the Russian Management School.
The audience considered the issues of IP in advertising and media, learned about the features of trade secrets, studied the principles of protecting honor, dignity and business reputation.
