PTMG Autumn Conference 2019
2 October - 5 October 2019Viacheslav Rybchak, Partner, Russian Patent Attorney, Dmitry Sando, Lawyer, Russian Patent Attorney (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the 99th PTMG Conference held in Berlin, Germany.
Of particular interest to the audience were issues related to the analysis of judicial practice in relation to disputes regarding the non-use of trademarks, as well as approaches to assessing the presence of unfair competition, and the topic of legal protection of computer program interfaces in the pharmaceutical industry.
The Conference gathered about 100 people, among whom were representatives of large business and patent attorney’s firms.
