26 February 2024The magazine "Patents and licenses. Intellectual rights", iss. 1-2, 2024, published an article "Rospatent Allowed the Applicant to Make Corrections to the Description of the Invention « by Facilitating »" by Vladimir Mescheriakov, Counsel, ("Gorodissky & Partners", Moscow).
The article analyzes the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, defining the applicant's right to provide the additional materials to the description of the invention, correcting violations of the requirements for sufficiency of disclosure of the essence of the invention, noted in the notification of Rospatent on the results of patentability verification of the invention.
