Round table “Copyright and presentation of a creative product”
22 September 2020Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part in the Round table “Copyright and presentation of a creative product” organized by the Coordination Council of non-profit organizations of Russia.
Ilya spoke about the system of intellectual property (IP) protection, methods and features of protecting a specific IP object, the difference between copyright and exclusive rights, explained how to deal with copyright and exclusive rights violations for individual entrepreneurs and large corporations, gave several examples from his own practice, as well as answered questions from the audience.
