Round table "Copyright Protection in the Design Industry"
13 March 2024Anton Bankovskiy, Ph.D., Trademark Attorney, Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) took part in the round table "Copyright Protection in the Design Industry", organised by the Guild of Design Industry and Folk Art Crafts at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Association of Design Industry Specialists.
The participants of the round table discussed the problems of copyright protection in design. Anton Bankovsky explained to the participants the difference between depositing and patenting.
