Seminar Frühjahrs – Fachtagung 2019
9 May - 10 May 2019Evgeny Monakhov, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), took part at the Seminar Frühjahrs - Fachtagung 2019, organized by the Association of Intellectual Property Experts (VPP) in Bamberg, Germany.
Peculiarities of patenting inventions in Europe, Germany and Russia, patent disputes in the Federal Patent Court of Germany, protection of personal data when working with inventions, quality of patenting, including quality of the examination provided by the European Patent Office and the other issues were discussed at the seminar.
The seminar brought together about 300 participants - representatives of patent firms and manufacturers, as well as other specialists involved in patenting.
