Seminar “Intellectual property and issues in the field of commercialization of medical devices”

Dmitry Rusakov, Brand Protection Group Leader, Anton Melnikov, LL.M., Senior Lawyer, Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer (all from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) held the seminar “Intellectual property and issues in the field of commercialization of medical devices” for the Association of International Medical Device Manufacturers in the Moscow office of the firm Gorodissky & Partners.
During the seminar, the firm’s specialists told the audience about the problems of grey import, ways to identify and combat illegal sales of medical devices on the Internet, the nuances of licensing and advertising of medical devices.
The seminar gathered about 50 participants among which were representatives of the leading medical companies, manufacturers of medical devices and medications.
