Seminar “Intellectual property: legal protection, turnover, security in 2020”

Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Counsel, Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner (both from Gorodissky&Partners, Moscow), provided a series of presentations: “Tax aspects of IP deals. Current trends in IP taxation (including R&D)”, “Fighting against unfair competition in IP area: practical aspects”, “Protection of the right to a trademark: pre-trial and judicial measures”, “Features of legal protection and enforcement of computer programs and databases”, “Protection of copyrights and related rights on the Internet” in the frames of the seminar “Intellectual property: legal protection, turnover, enforcement in 2020” organized by the Institute for the Development of Modern Educational Technologies. Presentations were accompanied by numerous examples and cases, including from the speakers’ practice.
