Seminar “IP Legislation: New Version of Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Court Practice and Hot Legal Issues”
2 October 2018Sergey Medvedev, PhD, LLM, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke within the frames of the education project of the firm – Gorodissky IP School – on “IP Transactions: Practical Aspects of Closure and Registration – Main Problems and Typical Mistakes” at the advanced legal studies seminar under the program “IP Legislation: New Version of Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Court Practice and Hot Legal Issues” held by the Law Institute “M-Logos”.
The Seminar brought together about 40 lawyers and counsels from various business spheres, including, IT, telecom, media and pharmaceuticals.
