Seminar "Legal protection of industrial designs abroad"
15 November 2019Viacheslav Rybchak, Partner, Trademark & Design Attorney, and Daria Markovtseva, Russian Design Attorney (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), made presentations at the Seminar "Legal protection of industrial designs abroad", organized in the frames of the training program "Legal protection of intellectual property subjects abroad" of the Moscow School of Export cycle of seminars.
This educational program is taking place in the frames of the GORODISSKY IP SCHOOL project. Types of industrial designs and conditions of their patentability, objectives of international patenting, examples from practice and other issues were discussed at the seminar.
