15 September 2023Olga Yashina, Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on "Current changes in the legal regulation of parallel import. Practice of realization of intellectual property rights protection in the framework of parallel import" within the framework of the seminar "Parallel import in the Russian Federation: minimization of legal and commercial risks", which was organized by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Olga presented the point of view on parallel imports of right holders and emphasized that the right holder himself should make efforts to stop counterfeiting and parallel imports.
