Seminar “Ways to regulate corporate work with personal data”
28 September 2022Stanislav Rumyantsev, Ph.D., CIPP/E, Senior Lawyer, and Valery Narezhny, Ph.D. Counselor (both - Gorodissky and Partners, Moscow), spoke at the Seminar “Ways to regulate corporate work with personal data: new legal requirements, liability for non-compliance, claims of Roskomnadzor” held by “Fincont” training center.
The Seminar discussed the latest legislation amendments regarding protection of personal data that came into force on September 1, 2022, and the measures to be taken by Russian personal data operators in accordance with the new regulation, and highlighted the control practice of Roskomnadzor.
