The 13th annual seminar “IP Strategies for Company’s Successful Development”
15 April - 17 April 2015The seminar program included 3 Sessions: “Patents”, “Trademarks” and “Legal aspects”; 3 Round-table discussions: “Complex protection of innovations”, “Pharmaceutics and Life Science” and “New approaches in IP disputes” and a Mock trial “Hearing in the Russian PTO of appeal against registration of trademark”. Leading Gorodissky & Partners attorneys, lawyers and guest speakers from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and from the Russian IP Court reported on strategic management and efficient protection of the company’s IP rights and presented the important cases from their practices to the seminar attendees.
The seminar was attended by 48 specialists from Dzershinsk, Saratov, Omsk, Tomsk, Perm, Kirov, Krasnodar, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Moscow, Sergiev Posad, Khimki, Shchelkovo, Dolgoprudnyy, Dubna and Minsk. Some attendees participate in the Gorodissky seminar year by year.
