The International Delegates Meeting and LESI 2018 Annual Conference “Strong IP drives the bottom line”
27 April - 1 May 2018Sergey Dorofeev, Partner, Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney, and Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Senior Lawyer, Trademark & Design Attorney, (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) took part in LESI 2018 Annual Conference “Strong IP drives the bottom line”, organized by the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) in Manchester Grand Hyatt, San Diego, USA.
In the frames of the conference, Sergey Medvedev made a presentation, devoted to an effective protection of commercial secrets, where he spoke about major strategies of know-how protection as well as about relevant dispute practice in Russia. The round table gathered over 80 attendees and aroused a vivid discussion among its participants.
Over 400 attendees from all over the world took part in the conference, including USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan and China, specializing in questions of licensing and technology transfer. Gorodissky & Partners acted as a sponsor of the event.
The conference was preceded by The International Delegates Meeting (27-29 April 2018), where Sergey Dorofeev, a Secretary and an International Delegate of LES Russia took part. The meeting discussed administrative issues of the society and gathered 96 international delegates.
