The MIP International Patent Forum 2019

Ilya Goryachev, Senior Lawyer, Dmitry Klimenko, Ph.D., Russian & Eurasian Patent Attorney (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the MIP International Patent Forum 2019 held in London.
Ilya Goryachev moderated, Dmitry Klimenko spoke at the panel “Enforceability and infringement of second medical use claims”.
In the frame of the Forum annual MIP award ceremony took place. Gorodissky & Partners has been recognized as Russia Prosecution Firm of the Year 2019.
The Forum outlined the patent legislation of different countries and provided a practical insight on how to manage the patent and know-how portfolios, and gathered over 150 participants.
