VI International IP Conference in St.Petersburg

Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), has made a case-study presentation “Pledge over intangible assets” at the VI International IP Conference, organized by the Business Way Forum in St. Petersburg.

In his presentation, Sergey emphasized how the pledge of intangible assets is carried out in practice, what the risks and problems are in this respect, and provided a number of tips and recommendations related to the preparation and registration of pledge-related transactions in the field of intellectual property.
