31 October 2013Vladimir Biriulin, Partner, Chief Lawyer, and Alexander Nesterov, Partner, Trademark Attorney (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), gave a presentation entitled «The Protection of Designations & The Enforcement of IP Rights in Russia." Afterwards, they participated in a discussion on trademarks and appellations of origin in a seminar organized by the Tea Board of India at the Indian Embassy in Moscow. That seminar was honored to be opened by the Indian Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Mr. Ajai Malhotra.
