Vladimir Meshcheriakov and Sergey Medvedev were speakers at the regular seminar «Enforcement of IP rights in Russia»

Vladimir Meshcheriakov, Counsel, and Sergey Medvedev, LLM, Lawyer (both of Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), were speakers at the regular seminar «Enforcement of IP rights in Russia» held by M-Logos Law Institute on topic issues of protection and turnover of IP rights in Russia.

Vladimir Meshcheriakov gave presentation on «Basic peculiarities of patent law subject matters protection and the development thereof in view of introducing amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation», Sergey Medvedev — «Practical issues of compiling and registration and different types of IP agreements». The seminar gathered about 20 representatives of business, such as investment, banking, media and IT.
