10 December 2014Vladimir Trey, Partner, Trademark Attorney, and Evgeniya Smolnikova, Senior Lawyer, Trademark Attorney (both from Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), attended the International conference «When Trademarks Overlap with Other IP Rights» held by INTA with the support of GRUR. The patchwork of IP rights protection, in particular issues in the area of trademark and other related rights such as copyrights, geographical names and designs as well as unfair competition and the use of trademarks in advertising were on the focus of discussion.
The Conference was attended by about 350 delegates from all over the world.
