Webinar "Loans Secured by Rights to RIA"

Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LLM, Partner, Head of the Legal Department, made a presentation " Pledge over Intangible Assets" at the webinar "Loans secured by rights to the results of intellectual activity", organized by the Moscow Innovation Cluster Foundation.

Sergey highlighted how the pledge of intangible assets is carried out in practice, as well as about the peculiarities of pledge transactions in the field of intellectual property: what can be the subject of the pledge, what types of pledge transactions exist, how such transactions are registered, what will happen with RIA if the borrower does not return the loan on time.
