Stanislav Rumyantsev spoke about the scope of the law’s application, main requirements to the foreign companies to comply with the new law, told about the coercive measures in case companies would not agree to follow the rules, and explained exactly what foreign companies should do to protect themselves from risks.
Sergey Medvedev explained the necessity to open physical office in Russia, which type of legal entities to choose and clearly explained how to register each type of legal entity.
