WTC Conference “Topical issues of IP commercialization and enforcement in modern life”
25 April 2017Anton Melnikov, LL.M., Senior Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on “Trademark use/non-use: Franchise agreement policies” at the Round table “Trademarks. Brands in the world today” of WTC Section “Topical issues of IP commercialization and enforcement in modern life” at the 10th International Forum "Intellectual Property - XXI Century" held in Moscow. The Round table covered topical issues of trademark legal protection and trademark law developments and gathered about 25 participants.
