XI (XХVI) Annual Scientific and Practical Conference "Topical issues of IP rights protection"

Vladimir Mescheriakov, Counsel, Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D., Partner, and Nikita Maltsev, Ph.D., Lawyer, Russian Trademark Attorney (all – Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke at the Scientific and practical conference "Topical issues of IP rights protection".

Vladimir Mescheriakov gave a presentation on “Rules for administrative dispute resolution by the Russian PTO” at the Round table “Patent Law and Expertise”.

Sergey Vasiliev and Nikita Maltsev spoke on: “Use of DB (database): right to information vs IP rights" and “Personal data protection: basic legal requirements and implementation practice” within the framework of the Round table “Topical issues of IP use in new economic conditions”.

The Conference was held by the Russian Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Vinogradovo, Moscow region.
