Federal Legal Forum 2026, Moscow
17 September 2026Yaroslava Gorbunova, Partner, Russian Trademark Attorney, Senior Associate (Gorodissky & Partners, St. Petersburg) and Maxim Volkov, Attorney-at-Law, Russian Trademark Attorney, Senior Associate (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), will take part in the annual conference for the legal community Federal Legal Forum 2026, organized by Forbes magazine.
Yaroslava Gorbunova and Maksim Volkov will participate in a discussion during the session "Legal Boxing: An Intellectual Property Bout", addressing the following questions:
- Should it be permissible for a well-known trademark of a foreign company to be nearly impossible to cancel due to non-use, even after the company has exited the market?
- Should the output of AI, created without creative input from a human, be recognized as an object of copyright?
