Nikita Maltsev, Ph.D., Trademark Attorney, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow), spoke on "Proprietary intellectual property - how to preserve a valuable asset for the employer? Problems of copyright fees" at the ART MOSCOW 2024 exhibition in the framework of the section organized by the Association of Design Industry Specialists.

Nikita considered the protection of design objects as objects of copyright and industrial designs, substantiated the importance of a properly structured system of service results of intellectual activity, gave examples of problematic issues of royalties from court practice. The report aroused keen interest and questions from the audience.
