Forum "Intellectual Property - XXI Century"

Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner and Valery Narezhny, Ph.D. Counselor (both from Gorodissky and Partners, Moscow), spoke at the round table "Topical issues of legal protection of computer programs and the disposal of rights to them", held within the framework of the forum "Intellectual Property - XXI Century", organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The speakers talked about the tax maneuver in the domestic IT industry that has been ongoing since the beginning of this year, topical problems of taxation of operations with computer programs and databases, as well as the procedure for including computer programs in the Register of domestic software closely related to the topic of tax incentives.

More than thirty experts in the field of intellectual property and representatives of Russian business took part in the round table.
