John Marshall Law School 64th Annual IP Conference

Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LL.M., Partner (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke at the “IT&Privacy” session within “Data Protection and Privacy in Russia – New Developments and Trends”, which was held in the frames of the 64th Annual IP Conference organized by John Marshall Law School.

The session discussed issues such as the use of biometric authentication, protection against malware and the law on mandatory notification of data leakage, storage and distribution of personal medical information, protection of confidential information, competent work with cloud services, as well as - rules for working from home on the public computer.
