Meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Anton Melnikov, Senior Lawyer, LL.M. (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke on "Antimonopoly legislation: protection of exclusive rights" at the meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee of ССI France Russie (CCI France Russie).

The committee meeting was attended by Yana Sklyarova, Deputy Head of the Department for Control of Advertising and Unfair Competition of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, who spoke about antimonopoly risks for foreign companies in Russia, as well as FAS practice in the fight against unfair competition and protection of intellectual property.
