Sergey Medvedev, Ph.D., LLM, Partner, Trademark Attorney at Gorodissky&Partners (Moscow), made a presentation "Pledge in the field of intellectual property: legal and practical aspects" at an online seminar organized by the Scientific and Innovation institution Association of Perm region together with "Gorodissky and Partners" (Perm).

As part of the report, Sergey highlighted various legal and practical issues related to the pledge of intellectual property, including the types of pledges, parameters of pledge agreements, the problems of foreclosure and the implementation of pledged rights, and also spoke about the main risks and pitfalls associated with data transactions that are encountered in practice. Also, Sergey gave a number of examples and recommendations on the conclusion and execution of such transactions, in particular from personal experience.
