Seminar "Legal Protection of a Technology Startup"

Nikita Maltsev, PhD, Trademark Attorney, Lawyer (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) held a seminar "Legal Protection of Technological Start-ups" for managers of small and medium enterprises in the special economic zone "Dubna". During the seminar Nikita Maltsev spoke about the types of intellectual property objects, focusing on the specifics of protection of IT technologies. The lecturer paid a lot of attention to local regulation of service IP objects in the company, possible ways of disposing of the exclusive right during the process of IP commercialization. The seminar aroused great interest and discussion among the audience.
