Seminar "Personal data: new legislative requirements and how to comply with them"

Valery Narezhny, Ph.D., Counsel (Gorodissky & Partners, Moscow) spoke at the seminar “Personal data: new legislative requirements and how to comply with them” organized by the Russian Foundation for Educational Programs “Economics and Management” with a report on the concept and types of personal data, the most significant changes introduced in the legislation on their protection in 2022 - 2024, auditing and compliance building in the field of collection and processing of personal data, the system of documentation accompanying the processing of data of clients and employees of the organization and a number of other topics on compliance with the legislation in this area.
