Tax maneuver in the IT industry: who wins and who loses?

The speakers spoke about the amendments to the tax legislation, which will come into force on January 1, 2021, concerning the taxation of IT companies, and answered questions arising in this regard, including: what tax innovations await the IT industry; how to prepare for changes and whether it is possible to minimize the negative effect of them; Is it advisable to transfer your IT business to Russia for the sake of new benefits; what is the procedure for including software in the relevant registers (Russian PTO, the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications), giving the right to receive new benefits; what additional advantages are provided by the registration of software in Russian PTO and the inclusion of software in the Register of domestic software of the Ministry of Communications.
